Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Times
After processing, estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders — the cost is included in the product price.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package in real time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at aadreamsgta@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by local customs authorities upon delivery.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
