At A&A Dreams, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Period

You have 90 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • We may request photos of the item if needed

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned after the 90-day window

Sale & Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please:

Exchanges

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable or insured shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
